Jeffrey T. Prem, M.D.

Jeffrey T. Prem, M.D. is on staff at Union Hospital, Mercy Medical Center and Aultman Hospital.  He is board certified in general surgery and vascular surgery.

An Ohio native, Dr. Prem graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Dayton.  He received his medical degree from Wright State University School of Medicine.  His internship and residency was completed in general surgery at Wright State University School of Medicine.  He then went on to complete a fellowship in vascular surgery at Northshore-Long Island Jewish Health System in New York. 

Dr. Prem has served as Chief of Surgery at Union Hospital and is currently Medical Staff Vice President.  He is a clinical assistant professor of surgery and serves as medical director of the vascular lab at both Mercy Medical Center and Union Hospital. 

Dr. Prem provides comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for diseases and disorders of the arteries and veins, with the exception of the heart. Traditionally, physicians engaged in the management of circulation problems have divided themselves between the heart (cardiovascular) and the remaining arteries and veins (peripheral vascular). As a peripheral vascular expert, he is committed to stroke prevention, management of aneurysms, limb revascularization and the preservation of quality of life. Dr. Prem believes in the principle of tailoring care to fit the needs of individual patients. Depending upon patient age, preferences and associated medical problems, many approaches are usually available.

Matthew Todd Miller, M.D.

Matthew Todd Miller, M.D. is on staff at Aultman Hospital, Mercy Medical Center and Union Hospital.  He is board certified in general surgery and vascular surgery.

An Ohio native, Dr. Miller graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus. He received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health. His internship and residency were completed in general surgery at Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He then went on to complete a two year fellowship in vascular surgery at The Toledo Hospital-Jobst Vascular Center. Dr. Miller has furthered his training in vascular surgery by becoming a Registered Vascular Technician.

Brett A. Butler, M.D.

Brett A. Butler, M.D. is on staff at Aultman Hospital, Aultman Orrville Hospital, Union Hospital and Mercy Medical Center. He is board certified in general surgery, vascular surgery and advanced trauma life support.

An Ohio native, Dr. Butler graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in mathematics from The Ohio State University. He received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his residency in general surgery, research and fellowship in vascular surgery, at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Dr. Butler has extensive research experience, including the Vascular Surgery Research Laboratory at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Vincent L. Sudimak, M.D.


Vincent L. Sudimak, M.D. is on staff at Aultman Hospital, Union Hospital and Mercy Medical Center. He is board certified in general surgery, vascular surgery and is a registered physician in vascular interpretation.

An Ohio native, Dr. Sudimak graduated with a Bachelor of Natural Science Degree from The University of Akron. He received his medical degree from the Northeast Ohio Medical University. He completed his residency in general surgery at Summa Health System and fellowship in vascular surgery at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
